White Bowl With Oribe Brushwork  #2344
 
The pretty bowl was thrown on the wheel with a white stoneware, trimmed, then fired. It was then glazed with a white base glaze, then an oribe glaze that can look pink or green was brushed across the surface in a few stripes. There is much variation across the surface, which is so cool! It was fired to cone 10 in reduction. 
 
As with all of our pottery, this bowl is food, dishwasher and microwave safe. 
 
We number all of our pottery for collection and storage purposes. This bowl is number 2344.
