Little Copper Red Teapot With Altered Lid #2478
 
Small, but perfect for making gongfu style tea, this little teapot is just too cute. All of the parts save the handle were thrown off the hump, carefully trimmed and assembled, then the lid was altered to have little lobes. The teapot was glazed with a copper red glaze and fired to cone 10 in reduction. 
 
As with all of our pottery, this teapot is food, dishwasher and microwave safe.
 
We number all of our pottery for collection and storage purposes. This teapot and mug set is number 2478, and is one of a kind.
