Groggy Brown and White Slipware Bowl #2406
 
Elegant and understated, this groggy clay bowl has a coating of white slip on the whole inside and most of the outside. It was glazed with a white shino glaze, three stripes of brown glaze were painted on the inside, then a stripe of a brown glaze was banded around the outside.  It was thrown from Lincoln 60 fireclay, and fired to cone 10 in reduction. 
 
As with all of our pottery, this bowl is food, dishwasher and microwave safe.
