Dahlia and Vine Banded Blate #2507
 
Inspired by dahlia flowers some little vines, this blate ( bowl plate) is ready to become your new daily dinner plate! It was thrown on the wheel out of a white stoneware to have a tall lip, so saucy foods are a perfect companion! With cobalt oxide, the dahlias were painted on the surface, and then it was glazed with a blue celadon, and fired to cone 10 in reduction.
 
As with all of our pottery, this plate is food, dishwasher and microwave safe.
 
We number all of our pottery for collection and storage purposes. This plate is number 2506, and is one of a kind.
