Blue Celadon Mug with Blue Tulip Flowers and Pinched handle #1623
 
Tulip flowers cover the outside of this mug. It was thrown on the wheel out of a white stoneware, then a pinched handle was added. It was decorated, the glazed with a blue celadon glaze, and then it was fired to cone 10 in reduction. 
 
As with all of our pottery, this mug is food, dishwasher and microwave safe. 
 
We number all of our pottery for collection and storage purposes. This mug is number 1623 and will be the only one we make with this number.
