Blue Celadon Bowl with Cobalt Floral Pattern #2153
 
This simple blye bowl has two little flowers painted on the inside of the bowl, surrounded by bands of oxide. It also has bands of cobalt oxide around the lip on the inside, and more flowers painted on the outside. It was thrown on the wheel out of a white stoneware, bisqued, then decorated with cobalt and glazed with a blue celadon glaze and fired to cone 10 in reduction. 
 
As with all of our pottery, this bowl is food, dishwasher and microwave safe. 
 
We number all of our pottery for collection and storage purposes. This mug is number 2153.
