Blue Celadon and Cobalt Rose Mug with Borders #2061
 
This cutie has the surface covered with cobalt oxide flowers and bands of cobalt on top and bottom! It was thrown on the wheel by Lela, Nick pulled the handle and attached it, then fired before it was painted by Lela  with cobalt oxide. It was then glazed with a blue celadon and fired to cone 10 in reduction.
 
As with all of our pottery, this mug is food, dishwasher and microwave safe.
 
We number all of our pottery for collection and storage purposes. This mug is number 2341.
