Cobalt Flower and Stripe with Chevron Tumbler #2364
 
This large tumbler was thrown on the wheel out of a white stoneware, then bisque fired. After firing it was painted with cobalt oxide, first the flowers, then divided with horizontal stripes. Each stripe has alternating chevron stripes and blank space to highlight the flowers. It was then glazed with a blue celadon and fired to cone 10 in reduction. 
 
This tumbler is number 2364
 
This cup is food, dishwasher and microwave safe.
